The following teams failed to settle their outstanding debt by 30 September deadline and are, therefore, fined HKD500 for late payment. Should payment not be received by 8 October a further HKD500 fine will be incurred. Should these teams not have settled their outstanding dues by14 October 2015 they will be suspended from the YYL:
