The following teams have failed to settle their outstanding dues and forward their proof of payment and are, therefore, fined HKD500. Failure to settle within the next seven days will result in a further HKD500 fine.

Where applicable, teams who have not settled their outstanding dues by 15 February 2016 will be suspended from the league and further penalties, in accordance with league rules/guidelines, will be applied.
