Coming back from a two goal deficit Wanderers scored a last minute winner to give them a 3-2 winner over Adam Wise’s GAS yesterday at Sports Road and keep them on track for the first ever 100% record in a YYL first division season with games against Spartans, Azzurri, French Kiss, Colts, Squadron and Albion remaining, Albion and Colts remained in second and third positions following 1-1 and 3-3 draws with Spartans and Boca respectively, Squadron broke Hearts by the odd goal in five, Azzurri beat Swiss 5-3 and French Kiss slayed Dragons 4-2 to move further away from the relegation places with a third successive win.
Wah Yan’s Class of ’06 kept their promotion bid on course with a narrow 3-2 win over Dynamo who remain in the relegation zone, 3-1, 4-0 and 1-0 victories for Maccabi, ANP and Colloids mean they are all still in the hunt for the move up to the top tier with wins over IES, Yan Po and White Youth respectively, in the other game Antonhill beat GGFC to leave the boys in blue a mountain to climb to avoid the drop.

Gurkha are nine points clear at the top of the fourth tier following a 3-0 win over WYFC84 and, barring a mathematical miracle, will be promoted to division three next year, new boys NFAA came away with a 4-0 victory over Standard Chartered and AFC De Wan Chai scored the only goal in their game with Hung Art.
