Hi All Team Reps, Midweek pitches are available from 4th August 2026 to 31st May 2027 at a cost of HKD13,000 per team. This is payable in 2 x instalments of HKD6,500. Teams will be allocated a half pitch every week unless advised otherwise by the league - teams must share their pitch with other YYL teams when instructed to do so by the league. When pitches have been allocated no further communication or appeal will be entertained. Teams must submit the names and ID copies of 3 x personnel (should be at least 1 x registered rep) who must be registered with their team at the time of application who will be responsible for ensuring the pitches are used by YYL teams for training. Furthermore, teams must agree, in the application, that all in attendance at any training session must supply their ID document to league officials if ever requested. If you would like a pitch for this period, email to angelyip@netvigator.com and stating your team name and previous training slot (if any) by 12:00 noon of 27th July 2026 and that you understand all of the above and attach the ID copies as requested. Dear Members, Colleagues and Friends Thank you for your patience and we are thrilled to announce that we have confirmed all Pro Players to participate in the YYL ALL STARS Team this year. We are also proud to announce that Paul Crompton from Irish Harps will lead the YYL ALL STARS as our COACH. Paul is a YYL and Hong Kong Football Legend and we wish him BEST of LUCK at the 7vens. We are now preparing the trial training session for the Masters (over 35 years old) over the next two weeks. Detail announcement will follow shortly. To avoid misunderstandings and not to waste everyones precious time, the Committee has higher expectation regarding football skills, physical condition and competitiveness to participate in the Masters! We will conduct intense warm up, physical conditioning and endurance exercises as well as playing tactics during the trial. We will ONLY select FIELD players and NO Keepers for the final squad, thank you. If you are Keeper and over 35 and still want to gain some extra experience your are still most welcome to participate in the trainings. Please be reminded in line with the tradition and spirit of the SEVENS that ONLY YYL Players with minimum 7 games (substitutions included) this season 2025/2026 will be permitted to register for the selection training. Also NO double booking or double try outs are permitted if you intend to play for HKFC or KCC on the same occasion. You will have to make your choices. If you make the CUT you will be featured and promoted on various media and other channels before, through and after the tournament. In particular the Special YYL SEVENS Website will be up and running shortly. In addition to our previous announcements, we have entered ONE more MEDIA cooperation with Hong Kong based OUTFO which fit perfectly in alongside MOVE Media from Dubai and our local EXCLUSIVE Hong Kong partner ZYPHR.
