To all team reps,

The 2009-2010 season will be upon us very soon (please refer to attached word file for tentative calendar) and we need to sort out administrative issues in order to start the season smoothly. For your information, the data for the 2008-2009 season will be frozen at 6:00pm, Wednesday, 26 August and a new database created for the 2009-2010 season. You need to therefore make sure of 2 things:

1. Determine your team reps and (if there are any changes) inform the Chairman, the Secretary, the AO and Michael Yen via email before Friday, 21 August in order for the registration administration and new passwords to be completed in time.

2. If you wish to transfer any players and NOT use up his transfer quota for 2009-2010 season, this has to be done BEFORE 26 August. Any registrations done after that date, even if it is a transfer from one team to another within the league will count as 1 transfer for the player.

Please make sure you or your team rep is aware and understands the above procedure.
