Further to the notice published on the website on Thursday 8th July 2021, please be advised that the YYL AGM will be held at Hong Kong Football Club on Friday 30th July 2021 at 7pm.

Teams are required to send only one representative, who will need to use the LeaveHomeSafe app to gain entry. Failure to attend will result in a fine of HKD500.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide food and drinks.

Any nominations for ExCo and/or any other business that members wish to raise must be sent by email (to: michael@ppc-hk.com and wise.adamjohn@gmail.com) at least 10 days before the AGM (i.e. before 21st July 2021).

The agenda, accounts and minutes from the previous AGM will be sent to members in due course.
