Change to Disciplinary Guidelines |

Dear Team Reps
(reminder - originally posted on Dec 3, 2008)
There have been an ever increasing number of occasions when teams submit red card reports under the wrong match or teams fail to record their own player’s shirt number and full registered name. This causes an additional administration burden in having to chase the reports, and their location, in addition to slowing down any related additional disciplinary issues. As a result the Addendum (Disciplinary Guidelines) to YYL Rules has been amended as follows:
- Failure to submit a detailed red card report within 48 hours (for any sending off offence involving either team) will result in a fine of $500 for the team concerned. The $500 fine will also apply if teams submit the red card report for the wrong match or if the team whom the player was playing for fail to record their player’s shirt number and full registered name.
Any team reps who are not familiar with the system of reporting red cards can contact their Divisional reps for advice.
