Dear Team Reps,

We are pleased to announce that the annual dinner will be held at HKFC at 7pm on Saturday 28th May 2016. Tickets cost HKD475 per head which includes a buffet dinner and 2-hour open bar (wine, beer and soft drinks). The dinner will be preceded by the YYL Chairman’s Cup Final and the YYL Cup Final; we encourage all members, supporters and families to come down to watch. The dinner will include a lucky draw and we will have some special guests to assist with the prize giving. Each team must purchase a minimum of 4 tickets and teams taking 6 or more tickets will receive a subsidy of HKD125 per ticket bring the cost down to HKD350 per head for those team with 6 or more attendees.

Book tickets through your division representatives by latest 12th May 2016, stating how many seats you require. Should the event be over-booked, allocations will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You do not have to settle payment immediately, the ticket costs will be added to your team account for the third and final payment of the season.
