Championship/Promotion/Relegation

Should we be unable to complete the league season, if there are 11 league games or more played by all teams in the first and second divisions and 10 league games or more played in the third and fourth divisions, championships/promotion/relegation will be decided on a mean average of points (ie number of points earned divided by number of games played) and, if necessary, on a mean average of goal difference.

AGM

Due to difficulties with regards to current Hong Kong laws, finding a venue, applying common sense in not having a meeting in an indoor environment and taking into account no nominations for exco positions were received for the AGM planned earlier in the year and that the audited accounts for 2019-20 have been promulgated, Exco have decided not to hold an AGM this year. This will be subject to a simple majority of members voting for this by email.
