The race for the division one championship is still on after USRC underlined their intention to fight all the way after an emphatic 4-0 win over Wanderers to remain two points behind leaders 816 who scored an impressive 6-0 win over Antonhill, Colts beat Dragons 2-0, French Kiss beat Spartans 2-0 and White Youth managed a 2-1 win over Squadron which leaves the relegation battle wide open again with just three points separating the bottom three teams with two games to go. The result of the game between KCC and Albion was not reported.
The second division title race promises to go to the last day after leaders Swiss won 5-1 against University, ANP moved into second place after hammering Yan Po 6-1, GAS drew 1-1 with Hearts leaving them in third place, Oxford won 3-1 against CSOB who now look likely to be relegated with Azzurri who scored only their second win of the season with a 4-0 win over Hoo Cheung. With Swiss and ANP playing each other on the last day of the season and all of the teams on a similar goal difference the top three places are still up for grabs.
Mobsters drew 0-0 with an impressive HKSS side to leave their unbeaten league record in tact, CAPS drew 0-0 with Standard Chartered to leave them poised to take the runners-up spot and promotion to division two, NASA are still in with a shout after beating Hung Art 1-0, Grasshoppers overcame OBA 2-0 and Rising Sun won 2-0 against WYFC06. The result of the Amphibians vs Darts game was not reported.
GGFC maintained their grip on pole position in division four after beating Skyline 3-0, Colloids stay in second place after winning 3-0 against Corinthians and Crusaders stay in third place on goal difference after defeating Barclays 3-0, HKU70s gave themselves a good chance of finishing in fourth place after dispatching Dynamo 2-1, Green Tree beat Bapcoll 2-1and Youth Coaches overcame Power 22 2-0. With Colloids and Crusaders having a superior goal difference to the GGs and Colloids taking on Dynamo next week, another exciting finale is in prospect.
