The website will be rolled over for the new 2011-2012 season on 15 August at midnight. This does not affect any of your regular operations.

Please note the following:
- Each team must have at least 2 x registered team reps. If you team doesn't, please make sure you apply to register another one asap
- New team reps must be proposed by EXISTING team reps. The applications should be made via email to the Chairman & Secretary, cc'ing the AO, your division rep and the webmaster. Should the application be accepted, the WEBMASTER will make the changes within 7 working days.
- Please NOTE AGAIN, that you cannot make any changes to information on the website. If you make a mistake on a players registration (name, ID no, photo) the ONLY way you can fix it is to email the webmaster. DO NOT TRY TO De-register the wrong registration and do a new one. It will mess up the database.
- If you are trying to sign a de-registered player from another team, YOU NEED TO FIRST search his name in the database and then MATCH IT EXACTLY with your entry. Otherwise, you'll either not be able to sign him or you'll mess up the database. It is very simple to check if you have done it correctly (takes NO MORE THAN 3 SECONDS!). After you make the signing, click on the player and check his player history. If the signing is correct, ALL HIS PLAYER HISTORY WILL HAVE TRANSFERRED WITH HIM. If not, then your signing was in error. You should then write to the webmaster to get it fixed.

Hope this is simple enough for everyone. Especially new team reps who may not be familiar with the workings of the website.
