Please be advised that the YYL AGM will be held at Hong Kong Football Club on Friday 6th September 2013 at 7pm (this date has been moved from the previous date of 25th August, as previously advised on the website).
Drinks and some snack food will be provided and all teams are required to attend – failure to attend will result in a fine of HKD500.00.
Any nominations for exco and any other business that members wish to raise must be sent to the secretary (mikeashton@netvigator.com) in writing at least 10 days before the AGM (ie on or before 27th August 2013).
Agenda, minutes from last year’s AGM and a Chairman’s report will be sent to members in due course.
Members should note that the following:
• Hoo Cheung have terminated their membership of the YYL and exco have agreed, in accordance with the league rules and constitution, that there will be twelve teams in all divisions for the coming season and that the division 3 league fixtures will be changed to be in line with divisions 1, 2 and 4. The season will, therefore, start on 15th September 2013 for all teams.
• Mark Thatcher (Boca), a qualified accountant, has kindly agreed to audit this year’s accounts and this appointment has been ratified by exco in accordance with the league rules and constitution.
