13 of the 16 second round cup games were played yesterday. Wanderers beat Spartans 2-0, GAS, with the evergreen Andy Archer in resplendent form, thrashed University, 7-0, Dragons hit Yan Po for six, Antonhill overcame Rising Sun 5-0, cup-kings White Youth edged CSOB 2-1, Dynamo made it into the last 16 for the first time in living memory after beating HKSS by the same score, great cup excitement saw Squadron win 5-4 on penalties (the games was tied at 2-2 after normal time) against Colloids, Knights and Oxford played out a seven goal thriller in the game of the day, Colts won 7-1 against Power 22, Albion scored four goals without reply in their game with WYFC06, French Kiss shaded Corinthians by the odd goal in five, USRC won 4-1 against Boca and the result of the game between ANP and Green Cypress was late-in. The three outstanding fixtures for cup round two will all be played at King’s Park tomorrow at 9pm.
