The Disciplinary Sub-committee (DSC) has reviewed reports from both teams and from the referee on an incident that led to one player each from French Kiss and Club Albion receiving a red card in this match.

Based on the reports, the DSC has concluded that both players committed acts of violent conduct, and therefore under Rule 39 and Disciplinary Guideline 4, they are subject to the following penalties –

A $500 fine
A three-match ban
3 disciplinary points.

The three-match bans are effective from the Cup matches on 18 November 2007, as neither team has a match on 11 November.
