The Yau Yee Football League 2009 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held from 1400hrs on Sunday 19th July 2009 at King's Park.

All teams are to ensure that at least one representative attends from their team and should note that any team failing to have at least one representative will be fined for non-attendance.

Nominations for any office must be submitted to the Secretary on or before 9th July 2009.

Notice of any other business to be considered must be submitted to the Secretary on or before 9th July 2009.

Agenda, accounts and other information will be promulgated in due course.
