Please be advised that the YYL AGM will be held at King’s Park on Sunday 1st August 2010.

We will have some (voluntary) 8-a-side friendly football commencing at 1:30pm and the AGM will commence at 3pm.

Drinks and some snack food will be provided and all teams are required to attend – failure to attend the AGM will result in a fine of HKD500.00.

Any nominations for exco in addition to any other business that members wish to raise must be sent to the secretary in writing at least 10 days before the AGM (ie on or before 21s July 2010).

Agenda, minutes from last year’s AGM and a Chairman’s report will be sent to members in due course.

We'd also like to take this opportunity to remind you to get your team matters in order and have at least 2 team reps designated by the AGM. We’ll need their names, contact numbers and emails on file at the AGM even if they are not going to be present that day.
