We have received several requests as per the above and thought it prudent to outline a clear procedure.
For requests for changes to player details the team manager should write to the Chairman and copy the Secretary, Div Rep, Webmaster and AO with clear details on the reason for the changes and copies of all identity documents relevant to the changes.
For requests for changes in team management, whilst it is clearly laid out in the league constitution that team reps for the coming season must be registered at the league AGM for the coming season, we are happy to consider requests after this and the team manager should write to the Chairman and copy the Secretary, Div Rep, Webmaster and AO with clear details of the outgoing and incoming reps including full name, email, contact number and position of the new team rep. Please specify whether he/she will be a playing or non-playing rep.
For changes to team names these will normally only be entertained in the close season and, moving forward, a charge of HK$500 will be levied for each successful name change application.
All correspondence to league officials including the AO, should be preceded clearly with the addressee’s/addressees’ name(s) and or/title and any requests, including pending requests, should be submitted/re-submitted as per the above.
