Dear All Teams

Please find attached the spreadsheet for the first payment installment for the Yau Yee League 2018-19 season. The new annual fee amount as agreed at the AGM is 27.000 HKD. Teams providing a pitch will continue to receive a discount, however, for the first instalment teams need only pay 15.000 HKD, the
rest will be due in January.

The cost to teams who have been confirmed as having a training pitch is 11,000 HKD for the whole season with affected teams needing to pay half now.

The current outstanding balance to teams includes all costs for pitches used for friendlies or training in August as well as any money
still owing from last season such as fines incurred from last seasons sixes competition.

Also, please be reminded that the Yau Yee League requires teams to make payments THRICE A YEAR ONLY. Thus, players incurring fines or other costs between now and December do not need to pay until the
second request for payment is issued in January 2019.

Please arrange payment for the EXACT amount outstanding to the YYL account

Failure to make payment AND send proof of payment before the deadline will result in a HKD 500 late payment fine, which will be doubled after a week. Teams who have not settled their dues by Saturday October 13th, 2018 will be suspended.
