Dear Team Reps,

We are pleased to announce that the annual dinner will be held at Kerry Hotel at 7pm on Friday 31st May 2019. Tickets cost HKD425 per head which includes a buffet dinner and 3 hour open bar (wine, beer and soft drinks). The dinner will include a lucky draw. Each team must purchase a minimum of 4 tickets and teams taking 6 or more tickets will receive a subsidy of HKD125 per ticket bring the cost down to HKD300 per head for those team with 6 or more attendees.

Book tickets through your division representatives by latest 21st May 2019, stating how many seats you require. Should the event be over-booked, allocations will be on a first-come-first-served basis. You do not have to settle payment immediately, the ticket costs will be added to your team account for the third and final payment of the season.
