Thursday 5th August 2010 |
All teams should note that following members' decision not to amend Rule 22, the ExCo will continue to interpret Rule 22 to include HKFA First Division Reserve team players as being registered with HKFA First Division clubs irrespective of whether they have signed a professional contract. Any teams found to have played HKFA registered players will be punished in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the league. Team Reps are encouraged to contact your Div Reps if you have any doubt about the eligibility of any player.
