816 increased their lead at the top of the first division by six points after drawing with Albion 1-1 after USRC were shown the light by Colts, going down 1-2, KCC moved into third place after beating Spartans 4-0 who are now nine points adrift of safety, Squadron moved down to fourth place after Dragons beat them 2-1 and in the remaining game Wanderers beat White Youth 4-1 - the team shopping trip to Shenzhen obviously pepping up the Sports Roader’s. In the second division Swiss remain in pole position after a battling Hearts side held them to a 1-1 draw, Oxford moved back into the promotion places after a hard fought 2-1 win over Wah Yan’s Class of ’84, Boca slipped to third after a 2-2 draw with Azzurri who remain in relegation trouble, the German’s continue their climb up the table after knocking Yan Po for six with Scott Morson amongst the goals for the GAS, in the other games CSOB put some distance between themselves and the relegation spots with a 1-0 win over Hoo Cheung and the result for the University vs ANP game was late in. In the third division the result for the Grasshoppers vs Mobsters was late in, NASA stay in second pace after winning 1-0 against HKSS in the early game at Sandy Bay, CAPS stay in third place despite being beaten 2-0 by Amphibians, Rising Sun beat Scorpions 2-1 leaving Scorpions second bottom, in the other games OBA beat WYFC06 1-0 and Hung Art overcame Darts 2-1 in the early game at Community Sports. The title race in the fourth division was thrown wide open yesterday when Colloids defeated Crusaders 2-1 with two superb goals from Gongarini Giulio in the match of the day at Happy Valley leaving a solitary point separating the top three teams, the GG’s stay in second place after defeating HKU70s 2-0, Bapcoll remain in the top half after a 0-0 draw against Power 22, Corinthians continued their fine run with a 1-0 win over Youth Coaches with a man of the match performance from player-coach Mark Taylor and in the remaining game Barclays beat HOB 3-0.
