Dear Division 1-4 Team Reps

Please find attached the spreadsheet for the second payment for the
2024-25 season. Please be advised that teams need only pay the amount
highlighted yellow in the \'Pay Now\' column.

The amount to be paid includes the second installment of the annual
fees and all player fines incurred by teams for games up to and
including December 15th, 2024 only. Teams incurring fines for total
discipline points and other player fines from January onwards will be
added to the final payment request at the end of the season.

Fees are generally 27.000 hkd with certain teams receiving a deduction
for providing a pitch. Teams with a training pitch are charged 11.000
hkd this season.

Please pay the money into HSBC a/c no: 600-711626-001 and send proof
of payment to this email on or before FRIDAY JANUARY 31, 2025 ie 3
weeks from now.

Failure to do so will result in a 500 hkd fine which will be doubled
after a week.

Teams who have not settled their dues by Friday February 14th, 2025
will be suspended.
