The data on the YYL website for the 2006-2007 season will be frozen and archived at 12:00pm (noon) on Monday, 20 August and the YYL website for the new 2007-2008 season will come online at the same time. Please be reminded of the following:

1. Only Team reps are given passwords to register players and update team information on the website. If your team has new management or if you’ve changed team reps, please inform in writing (email) the Chairman, the secretary, the AO and the exco member in charge of the website of such a change before Wednesday, 15 August. There should be a brief explanation as to the reason for the change as the league believes a continuity of management is essential to the proper running of a league team.

2. DE-ACTIVATED players equal DE-REGISTERED players. Even though they stay on your team page, they are NOT registered to your team and are free to transfer to another team. All active players at 12:00pm (noon) on Monday, 20 August will be considered registered to that particular team. Please remember that each player is ONLY ALLOWED TWO transfers during a season and therefore an active player will only have 2 more transfer opportunities whereas a DE-ACTIVATED / DE-REGISTERED player effectively has three (including the original registration).

3. Fixtures will be posted on the website for the 2007-2008 season once the website for the new season goes online (after Monday, 20 August). As we are starting the season much earlier (for 3rd and 4th division teams) we suggest that you keep a close eye on fixture postings. We also suggest that you don’t leave the registration process and printing of team sheets until the very last minute as there may still be bugs in the system to be ironed out.

The website was locked for registrations but is now BACK IN OPERATION. So please feel free to process your team registration or de-registration activities now.
