In the second division Mobsters remain in pole position despite being held to a 1-1 draw with Oxford, Hearts and Corinthians are second and third after the latter hit the former for six, a win which puts the Cors on the brink of promotion places to division one, a feat that may not have been achieved previously and certainly not for a quarter of a century, Azzurri stay in contention after they overcame ANP 4-2, Boca are still in the mix although they were emphatically beaten 2-5 by Franky Brown’s GG’s, Knights continued their good run, this time winning 2-0 against CSOB and the two bottom teams, White Youth and Yan Po played out the days only scoreless draw.
Wah Yan’s Class of ’06 went two points clear at the top of division three after they beat Darts 4-2 in the early game at Community Sports, HKU70s remain second after they were held 1-1 by the ever improving Dynamo for whom goal machine, Arno Wiedijk, scored his second goal in as many games, University are third after stinging Scorpions 4-0, HKUSA and Goal Visio shared the points and two goals as did Grasshoppers and CAPS and OBA and HOB drew 2-2.
Power 22 closed the gap on IES, at the summit of division four, after a 2-0 win over Hung Art, Youth Coaches were in seventh heaven after their match with Skyline, HKSS made three deposits and ensured there were no withdrawals from their goal in their game with Standard Chartered and WYFC84 scored the only goal in their game with Barclays.
