(1) A number of red card reports received do not identify the player involved even such a player is your home team. Pls clearly IDENTIFY at least your home team's player involved by NAMES as registered with the League.
(2) When selecting THE match for red card report submission, pls MAKE SURE you would select the CORRECT MATCH DATE for submission.
(3) Failure to submit a detailed red card report within 48 hours (for any sending off offence involving either team) will result in a fine of $500 for the team concerned per our Rules under ADDENDUM section 3. Pls be punctual to submit your reports.
